content, analytics, customer support, and communications. It does not cover third‑party services that we do not

- Account details: name, email/phone, password, profile photo, age/grade, preferred language.
- Educational profile: NDA attempt window, subjects, goals, and study preferences.
- Content you create: notes, bookmarks, quiz answers, feedback, messages to support.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor(s); we receive limited records (e.g., transaction IDs, status).

- Usage data: pages/screens viewed, features used, time spent, referring pages.
- Device & log data: IP address, device type, OS, app version, identifiers, crash logs.
- Approximate location: derived from IP for localization, fraud prevention, and analytics.
- Cookies/SDKs: small files/identifiers used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and performance.
How we use data
- Provide and personalize study plans, practice papers, and performance insights.
